Why We’re Different

Our goal is to take the stress out of your home remodel. We provide full-service whole or half home remodels. Everything from initial design to the final execution of the entire project. On occasion, we consider solo kitchen remodels or primary suite renovations. We also offer interior design services should you only need help in selecting and styling elements for your home.

Our Home Remodel Process

1. Contact Us

   After you complete our contact form, we’ll schedule a phone call with you to get crystal clear about your goals, timeline, and top priorities for your project. We’ll talk about your dreams and hopes for the space, as well as your style and budget. Assuming we're a good fit, we'll lay out an action plan and chat through the next steps. We are a family business that is deeply rooted in partnering with our clients in the remodel process so it’s important to us to make sure it’s a good fit on both ends.

2. Pre-Construction

   After our initial conversation, we enter into our pre-construction agreement. During this phase we come out to meet you and look at your project in person. We’ll take photos, measurements and talk about final design ideas and logistics. If necessary, we’ll bring out our trade partners to get an accurate quote for certain elements of your project.

3. Design Phase

   Once we enter into the design phase of your project, we do all of the searching to find the right design elements to suit your style and budget. We create a detailed mood board per space so that you can see how each piece works together. Once you've approved the designs, we then can create a 3D rendering of your space. This lets us see exactly how your new space will be laid out. After that, we order ALL of the design elements and store them in our warehouse so that we're ready to go before demo day begins. If necessary, we bring in an architect to draw up plans of exactly how your new home will look and feel.

4. Construction Phase

   The construction phase is where all the magic of your home renovation comes to life. We work with some of the BEST trade partners in Upstate, South Carolina. Craftsmen (and women) we trust that consistently do their very best. Most importantly, we keep a very honest and open conversation throughout this phase to make sure everyone stays informed. 

   At the end of your project, we come over to do a final walk-through to handle any last details, and then our design team comes over to style (or as Sarah likes to say...zshush) your home for you and capture a few photos!
