New Construction Projects
As a fourth generation builder, Matt Sain is no stranger to building custom homes for families. We’ve only recently begun partnering with other families to help bring new homes to life. We’ve even started building one of our own to sell in 2026!
Our process for custom home building is identical to our renovation process. Only with these projects, we start a little sooner by working with families to find the right plan for their property and do all the necessary site visits and tests to before beginning our design phase. We highly recommend taking advantage of our 3-D rendering services that allows you to do a virtual reality walk through of your finished home including all of your selections, all before construction even starts!

“A million dreams” project
Team Sain officially purchased property in 2025 and quickly got to work building our “for now” house - a large barndominium! Below features shop space, an office and an entryway with all the living space upstairs.
tr bungalow
We built a 3 bedroom, 2 bath custom home near downtown Travelers Rest that now serves as a furnished rental property! Inspired by Spanish Colonials, we incorporated that style throughout this adorable bungalow.
“MI tierra” project
Some of our best friends purchased their dream property and quickly got to work turning their dream home into a reality! Featuring an open floor plan, custom cabinetry throughout, and plenty of space for a family that loves to entertain!
