Whole Home Renovations
We’ve had the honor of remodeling so many homes in Greenville, SC for some truly wonderful families! While we mostly do whole or half home remodels, we truly enjoy doing one-off kitchen remodels and bathroom renovations as well! We also have several new custom homes under our belt and are looking forward to sharing more of those soon! Check out the story and photos of some of our favorite projects below.
Buy dirt
After trading their Cliffs at Glassy home for a stunning 100+ acre farm in Gray Court, this couple set out to create a forever home where family could gather for generations. With a main house and guest house built in the '90s, the goal was to modernize while preserving its timeless farmhouse charm. Blending Shaker simplicity with classic and clean-lined design, this renovation transformed the space into a warm, functional forever retreat you don’t want to miss!
yellow
We think we could all use more color added to our world and this house is giving us exactly that. Check out this remodel that truly makes this entire house pop!
heaven is a place on earth Project
A house with a view shouldn’t be wasted so we did a whole home remodel and… you don’t want to miss this! Check it out to see the dreamiest home lake home there ever was!
my way Project
These avid traveler clients were looking to put some roots down so they bought an outdated ranch-style house and let us turn it into a midcentury modern dream home… and it was so fun! You don’t want to miss this one.
at last project
This precious family bought their home "as is" during a bidding war due to it's perfect location. After several years of living in the old home, the couple decided to go bold with a full home renovation AND addtion that included plenty of color, pattern, and texture. Almost every room included a feature that was a sentimental memory. We had SO much fun renovating everything in this home (inside and out) and creating a perfect new primary suite oasis + upstairs bonus room and bedroom for a very cool family.
push it project
Long time friends to us, this familiy came to us when the small, separate living spaces no longer served their family. We blew out multiple walls, pushed out a strange alcove of their old kitchen, and created a beautiful open space including the living room, dining room, kitchen and back entry. Now the home is easier when hosting guests or keeping up with young daughters room-to-room. The kitchen feautures a Sea Salt blue island, brass hardware and incorporates their love of mid-century design with lighting.
A foggy day project
Our most pinned kitchen remodel to date! Everyone loves the "Evergreen Fog" colored cabinetry with the leathered finish black granite! What once was a closed off kitchen became a baker's dream space! Complete with a large island, double ovens, and modern cottage features like the patterned tile and shiplap backsplash, this large but cozy kitchen can now easily accomadate this very deserving family.
No Diggity Project
There’s something about being welcomed into a young family’s home to create spaces you know they will be growing into for years to come. Here we got to bring to life the dream of a functional and gorgeous kitchen, kid-friendly living spaces, beautiful bathrooms, and a warm welcoming area.
La Mer Project
We loved getting to work with this client for this dreamy home renovation to transform their foyer, kitchen, and primary suite. We love a wallpaper moment but that’s not where this beauty ends. Check out the rest of this project to see what we had up our sleeve on this one. Hint hint… the stove of our dreams.
That's Amore Project
After purchasing this pretty brick home from an Aunt, this wonderful couple decided to renovate the entire house and turn it into a relaxing oasis. We removed the main wall to create an open concept and allow the home to have more natural light. Other than simply refinishing the original oak floors, every other element is new. From the custom cabinetry throughout, the all new walk-in showers, and even a gorgeous navy blue butler's pantry/office. Walking in feels like a breath of fresh air and we hope this wonderful family enjoys it for years to come.
Just The Two Of Us Project
This bathroom went from a dated primary bathroom into a spa-like oasis. Moving the shower to the other side of the room allowed for a set of his and her vanities. We removed the built-in tub and opted for a beautiful freestanding tub and chandelier as the first thing you see when entering the room. The shower features dual shower heads, double niches, and a gorgeous marble mosaic floor. We're so grateful to have had the opportunity to create such a relaxing space for some well-deserving and wonderful parents to enjoy.
Wide Open Spaces Project
We took a closed-off and dated kitchen and turned it into an open concept complete with a brand new dream kitchen. Custom features like a waterfall granite countertop, oversized pendant lights, herringbone backsplash, a built-in banquette, and a hood built by Matt - make this kitchen extra special. The laundry room and den are just the cherry on top of a great home makeover here.
country love project
A family friend connected us with the original owner of this once very dilapidated Paris Mountain home. We got to restore the original heart pine floors and stone fireplace, rearranged the space to create a better floor plan, and ultimately created a beautiful country cottage. This project was a family affair and even our young sons played a part in the landscaping and demo day on his home. We sold it in 2020 and it has since been sold again as a rental home in Greenville, SC!
classic project
This kitchen has served family meals for decades. After inheriting the home, her granddaughter knew she wanted to open it up and modernize it in an affordable way. Her style is truly classic, so we opted for traditional white-shaker cabinets but added some character by building out concrete countertops and open wood shelves. A kitchen like this never goes out of style!
blue project
After their son finished medical school, this family decided to keep the home and turn it into a rental property. We were able to keep the vintage sink and the charm of this small mill home, while adding all the fun pops of blue. The space is simple but has all the necessities for a quick trip away to our lovely Greenville, South Carolina!
Sweet pea project
During this kitchen and school space remodel, this wonderful family of 5 girls found out they were pregnant with their first boy! Their once outdated kitchen got an English kitchen inspired upgrade including a large center island perfect for baking and back-to-back pantry space. The sunroom was reoriented to suit the homeschool needs of their family while also including a functional laundry room and powder room.
first day of my life project
The original kitchen in this family ranch house had cork floors and felt very dark compared to the rest of their light and airy house. So we did some rearranging to create a very classic yet cozy white kitchen. Matt built the custom hood, and the full tile backsplash created a watercolor effect with just the right amount of shimmer and texture. The family has grown since this renovation and we know this space will serve the family well foor years to come.
what a wonderful world project
It's one of our favorite things when homeowners want to make spaces tell the story of who they are and where they're from. This couple spent years in Hawaii and wanted an open family kitchen and an island-inspired oasis bathroom to reflect that. Natural wood elements were used throughout the kitchen including a butcher block waterfall countertop and open shelves. The bathroom has blue lagoon colored tile in the shower creating a waterfall-like effect. The whole home was upgraded with European oak floors which added to the warmth and character of the home. After renovating, this home truly serves as an oasis for this awesome family.
sunny project
We love it when clients find their inspiration based on their travels. Initially the couple fell in love with a bright Greek inspired blue tile for the bathroom, but they ultimately opted for a more earthy Mediterranean feel for their home. The result is perfection. Their once gross and dated bathroom became a Greek Island oasis with floral cut marble, a coastal inspired vanity, and a light fixture you'd think we sourced from Europe ourselves! We also added European hardwood floors throughout the home as well as brick tile floors to the laundry room. The whole home now feels calm and cozy.
Start back at one project
We love getting to open a space up and make it more practical for families and that’s exactly what we got to do here. This family had been dreaming of how they wanted this space and we were able to come in and make it a reality. We knocked down walls, added a new kitchen island, installed new floors throughout the entire upstairs, fresh paint, new doors and hardware and added character into the details to make this space as unique as the family that lives there.
